1 TBSP Peanut Butter
2 TBSP Hoisin Sauce
1 & 1/2 TBSP White Vinegar or Lime Juice
1/3 cup Milk
1 clove of Garlic, minced
1/2 TSP of crushed Chili Paste (I use gochujang)
Directions
- Mix all your ingredients.
- Top with crushed peanuts and fresh cilantro
- Use for dipping and eat within 2 days.

- Fantastic for rice-paper rolls
