2 TBSP Olive Oil
3 Medium Cloves of Garlic, minced
2 TBSP Dried Oregano
1/4 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
1 28-ounce can of crushed tomatoes
1 TSP Granulated Garlic
1 TSP Granulated Onion
1 TBSP Sugar
1 TSP MSG
Directions
- Heat 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic, oregano, and pepper flakes and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds
- Add tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced to about 3 cups, about 30 minutes.
- Add salt to taste
Notes
- We use this on our Detroit Style Pizza and as a marinara sauce for pasta!
