Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 3 Medium Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 2 TBSP Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 28-ounce can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 TSP Granulated Garlic
  • 1 TSP Granulated Onion
  • 1 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 TSP MSG

Method

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add minced garlic, oregano, and pepper flakes and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds
  3. Add tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced to about 3 cups, about 30 minutes. 
  5. Add salt to taste
