1 1/2 TBS Freshly Ground Cumin
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Ground Ginger
1 TSP Freshly Ground Cloves
1 TSP Ground Mace
1 TSP Freshly Fenugreek
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1 TSP Ground Cardomom
1/2 TSP Ground Nutmeg
Directions
- Mix it all up
- Store in an airtight container our of the sunlight.
Notes
- Curry Powder can be substituted for the fenugreek. But seriously, DONT. Find the fenugreek, its so so worth it! I got mine at an Indian market.
