Ingredients

  • 6 cup apple juice

  • 1 1/2 cup Brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 cup white vinegar

  • 1/4 cup Salt

  • 1/4 cup Pork Rub

Directions

  • Mix it all up.
  • Warm till sugar and salt dissolves.
  • Inject when it’s cool.
  • Cook right away.

Notes

  • Makes for an excellent injection for pulled pork!!
  • One shoulder/butt should be able to take 1 – 1 1/4 quarts of marinade.
  • I inject in the sink to minimize the spray mess
