2 Cups Whole Milk
2 Cups Whipping Cream
1 Cup Sugar
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the pre-frozen Ice Cream Maker Bowl
- Mix at “Low” for 30 minutes
- Add any additional ingredients (Nuts, candies, fruits, syrups)
- Pour into pre-chilled loaf pan (9″ x 5″)
- Freeze for at least 2 hours in a deep freeze
Notes
- We drink 2% milk here, so I used 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup half & half, to replace the cup of whole milk
