Ingredients

  • 4 tsp sea salt

  • 4 tsp garlic powder

  • 4 tsp dried basil

  • 4 tsp oregano

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 2 tsp dried parsley

  • 2 tsp dried rosemary, minced

  • 2 tsp dried dill weed

  • 2 tsp dried marjoram

  • 1 tsp ground thyme

  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Directions

  • Use a mortar and pestle to break down the rosemary, or chop it with a knife being careful as the bits will fly.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly and store in a mason jar or other airtight container.
  • Shake container well before each use.

Notes

  • Great for chicken, lamb, pork, even steak! Use in any recipe that calls for a greek seasoning blend.
