4 heads of Garlic
2 cups olive oil
3 sprigs thyme
4 bay leaves
Directions
- Peel your garlic, leave the cloves intact (no smashing)
- In a pot, add cloves and cover with oil
- Add herbs
- On LOW heat, slowly cook the garlic in oil. It should be frying, but you will see little bubbles eventually
- After 2 – 2.5 hours, pour into a mason jar and store in fridge for 4 months+
