Ingredients

  • 4 heads of Garlic

  • 2 cups olive oil

  • 3 sprigs thyme

  • 4 bay leaves

Directions

  • Peel your garlic, leave the cloves intact (no smashing)
  • In a pot, add cloves and cover with oil
  • Add herbs
  • On LOW heat, slowly cook the garlic in oil. It should be frying, but you will see little bubbles eventually
  • After 2 – 2.5 hours, pour into a mason jar and store in fridge for 4 months+
