Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 TBS Dried Basil

  • 1 TBS Dried Parsley

  • 1 TBS Minced Garlic

  • 1 TSP Dried Thyme

  • 1 TSP Dried Oregano

  • 1 TBS Black Pepper

  • 1/2 TSP Dried Crushed Rosemary

  • 1 TSP Salt

  • 1/2 TSP Lemon Juice

  • 2 TBS Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  • Mix it all up.
  • Store in cool dry place in a recycled wine bottle
  • pour onto a plate and dredge your bread of choice through it!

Notes

  • I also pour some nice balsamic on the plate
  • I used a Black Olive Focaccia bread and a Rosemary Focaccia with this…delish!
