4 TSP Ground Mustard
1 TBSP Ground Basil
1 TBSP Ground Sage
1 TBSP Onion Salt
1 TSP Ground Oregano

- Table salt can be straight swapped here.
- Great on pork when used for Grits and Grillades
I swapped Ancho for Cayenne to reduce the heat and it’s quite good! Had it on wings and the family loved them!
