Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter

  • 1 cup Crunch Peanut Butter

  • 1 & 1/2 cups Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 & 1/2 cups Flour

  • 1 & 1/2 TSP Baking Soda

  • 1 TSP Baking Powder

  • 1/2 TSP Salt

Directions

  • Beat Butter, Sugars and Peanut Butter until smooth
  • Beat in the Eggs
  • Add flour, Baking Soda and Salt in a separate bowl
  • Stir into the butter mixture and dough is just combined.
  • Chill dough for an hour in the fridge
  • Pre-heat the oven to 375F
  • Roll dough into 1 inch balls and lay out on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Dip a fork into flour then press a cross-hatch into each cookie
  • Bake till edges are golden, 7 – 10 minutes
  • Let cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
