Chipotle Lime Butter

I do love me some butter.  I whipped this up for corn-on-the-cob, and I honestly haven’t found any other use for it….

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Salted Butter

  • Zest of 2 limes, chopped

  • Juice of 1.5 limes

  • 6 Chipotle Peppers from the can, seeds removed

  • Remaining Adobo sauce from can

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients
  • Bring to room temperature before using
  • Best applied with a pastry brush!
