1 1/2 Cups Italian (Flat Leaf) Parsely
1/2 Cup Cilantro
4 Cloves of Minced Garlic
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 TSP Salt
2 TSP Cumin
2 TBSP Dried Oregano
3 TBSP Sherry Vinegar
1 Squirt Sriracha Sauce
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor
- Pulse till it forms a sauce but not to the point of making a paste
- Store in a the fridge for 2 hours before use.
Notes
- Great over grilled meats!
