Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, soft

  • 4 ounce good blue cheese (4 to 5 oz)

  • 2 clove roasted garlic (2 to 3 cloves )

  • 2 dash worcestershire sauce to taste (a couple of splashes)

  • 1 pinch thyme

  • 1 pinch kosher or sea salt

  • fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients and add a couple of dollops to steak grilled to your liking.
  • Put steak under broiler for a minute or two, until mixture is melted and bubbly.
