Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Flour

  • 1 cup White Sugar

  • 1 TSP Salt

  • 1 TSP Baking Soda

  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter

  • 3 Ripe Bananas, Mashed

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Mix your Dries
  • Mix your Wets
  • Mix them together and pour into a greased 9×5 pan
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  • Immediately pop out of the pan and wrap in Plastic Cling Wrap (it wont melt)
  • Rest on wire rack, wrapped, for minimum 30 minutes
  • Slice up and enjoy some warm, moist banana bread!

Notes

  • Nothing better than butter on a slice of warm banana bread
  • This is a great recipe, we use a USA Pan
  • This technique makes the most MOIST banana bread ever!
