1.5 cups Flour
1 cup White Sugar
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Baking Soda
1/4 cup Melted Butter
3 Ripe Bananas, Mashed
1 Egg
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- Mix your Dries
- Mix your Wets
- Mix them together and pour into a greased 9×5 pan
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Rest on wire rack, in pan for 15 minutes
- Pop out of pan, cool complety on a wire rack.
Notes
- Nothing better than butter on a slice of warm banana bread
- This is a great recipe, we use a USA Pan
