Avocado Crema with Lime and Cilantro

2 Limes, juiced
1 clove Garlic, peeled and smashed
1/2 cup Cilantro leaves (Stems are fine too)
2 Avocados, medium
1 cup Crema or Sour Cream
2 TSP Cumin, freshly toasted and ground if you can)
1 TSP Black Pepper
1/2 TSP Chipotle (if you want some heat)
1/2 TSP Kosher salt
Directions
- Add Garlic, Cilantro and Lime Juice to a food processor, pulse till everything is fine chopped
- Add the Avocados and repeat, scraping the sides as necessary.
- Add the Crema and mix well.
- Cool in fridge for 30 minutes before using.
Notes
- I used Greek Yogurt once, and its all I could taste.
