Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1/2 cup Butter, Melted

  • 3 cups Apples, peeled, cored and rough chopped

  • 1/2 cup White Sugar

  • 3 TSP Cinnamon

Directions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
  • Lightly grease an 8×8 (or 9×9) pan.
  • Mix Brown Sugar, Oats, Flour and Butter in a large bowl
  • Layer half the crumb mixture in the bottom of your pan
  • Layer the apples on top
  • Sprinkle with the Sugar and Cinnamon, then top with remaining crumb mixture
  • Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm with ice cream

Notes

  • I used Grannysmith apples last time.
