3 tablespoon fresh or dried sage (rubbed)
2 tablespoon Fresh Dried Savory
2 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Rinse turkey and pat dry
- Melt enough butter to coat the bird
- Apply the herb mixture evenly, all over the bird
- Roast as usual
Notes
- I double this up and add some herbs under the skin as well.
- Goes well with our Turkey Brine and Turkey Stuffing recipes.
