6 cup apple juice
1 1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Salt
1/4 cup Pork Rub
Directions
- Mix it all up.
- Warm till sugar and salt dissolves.
- Inject when it’s cool.
- Cook right away.
Notes
- Makes for an excellent injection for pulled pork!!
- One shoulder/butt should be able to take 1 – 1 1/4 quarts of marinade.
- I inject in the sink to minimize the spray mess
