Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar (packed)

  • 2 tablespoon Chili powder

  • 2 tablespoon Paprika

  • 1 tablespoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard

  • 2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Directions

  • Mix it.
  • Coat your bird generously and roast, grill, roast, fry or smoke it

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container until needed. Makes enough for one chicken
