1/3 cup Black strap molasses
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Mace
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Notes
- Store in mason jars.
- Keeps in fridge for two to three weeks.
