Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • Some Olive Oil

  • Fresh Black Pepper

  • Sea Salt

  • Fresh or Granulated Garlic

Directions

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets
  • Toss in oil
  • Sprinkle S&P & Garlic over it all
  • Bake at 400 for 45 minutes, in a 9×12 glass dish

  • I’ve added curry powder too, and enjoyed that
