The Chesterville Fatty!

2 pound ground pork
1 pound bac on
2 tablespoonItalian seasoning
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon BBQ sauce
5 White Mushrooms


Mix Ground Pork with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper
Spread out on cutting board to form a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick
Slice mushrooms and lay on top of pork
Drizzle with BBQ sauce
Roll up to form a loaf
Create a Bacon weave and lay loaf at one end and roll up, tuck in ends
Smoke on Traeger for 1 hour then turn up to 275 for approx 1 hour or internal temp reaches 160
Let sit for 10 min then slice
