Tandoori Masala

I needed to use some Tandoori Masala n a Butter Chicken recipe recently, and decided to mix my own.  Thanks to "TheBritishBaker" from AllRecipes for the original recipe.

Ingredients: 
  • 2 TBS Ground Coriander
  • 1 1/2 TBS Ground Cumin
  • 1 TSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TSP Ground Ginger
  • 1 TSP Ground Cloves
  • 1 TSP Ground Mace
  • 1 TSP Curry Powder
  • 1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 TSP Ground Cardomom
  • 1/2 TSP Ground Nutmeg
Instructions: 
  1. Mix it all up
  2. Store in an airtight container our of the sunlight.
Notes: 

The original recipe called for ground fenugreek instead of curry, but I couldnt find any.
