Smoked pork loin

1 poundpork tenderloin
1/2 cupred wine
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1/4 cupred wine vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
3 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoon Soya sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
4 cup crumbled cornbread (STUFFING)
1 onion, (STUFFING (large, finely minced and sauteed in butter))
1 egg (STUFFING)
1/4 cup chopped chives (STUFFING (chopped))
1 teaspoon sage (STUFFING)
1 dash salt and pepper to taste (STUFFING)
5 dash chicken stock (STUFFING (enough to make stuffing easy to spread.))


Mix all marinade ingredients and marinate pork tenderloin overnight. Mix stuffing ingredient, slice tenderloin open and stuff.

Smoke at 250-275F until internal temp 155F (roughly 1.5 - 2 hrs). Slice, serve, enjoy, etc.
