Ingredients: 

2 salmon steaks 1 to 2 inches thick
2 tarragon leaves ( per steak)
1 ounce butter per steak
1 dash fresh ground pepper to taste
1 white wine to taste

Instructions: 

1. The spices in this recipe combine with the butter for a wonderful taste. Apply ingredients on salmon steaks, wrap in foil to keep in the juices. Check after 10 to 15 minutes in a 450-degree oven.

Notes: 

These were better when I used extra garlic
