Roasted Cauliflower

I was surprised by how much I liked this! I ate more than the rest of the family, and I usually only like cauliflower with my Mom's bechamel sauce...this was a little healthier.

Ingredients: 

1 head of cauliflower
Some Olive Oil
Fresh Black Pepper
Sea Salt
Fresh or Granulated Garlic

Instructions: 

Cut the cauliflower into florets
Toss in oil
Sprinkle S&P & Garlic over it all
Bake at 400 for 45 minutes, in a 9x12 glass dish

Notes: 

Add Parmesan cheese over them when done, for a change. I preferred without.
