1/4 cup Milk
3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Large Potatoes (Unpeeled)
Grate potatoes and onion with food processor.
Transfer to large bowl.
Add all of the other ingredients to the bowl, and mix by hand.
Fry in vegetable oil, like pancakes.
