Ingredients: 
  • 1 Italian loaf (cut in half lengthways)
  • 5 cloves of garlic (minced/pressed)
  • 1/2 pound Butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese ((the good stuff))
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley (fresh, chopped)
Instructions: 
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 500 degrees or set to broil
  2. Mix the butter, garlic, cheese and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture over both halves of the loaf.
  4. Bake until golden brown and enjoy!
