Number of Servings:
- 1 pound ground pork (20 - 25% fat)
- 1teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
- 2 teaspoon Fennel seed
- 2 teaspoon Parsley (chopped, dried is fine)
1) Mix it all. I use the dough hook attachment of my KitchenAid stand mixer) 2) Stuff into sheep casings or leave as bulk sausage to make patties.
