2 slices of bread
leftover mac and cheese (cold is easiest)
some of your favourite seasonings, like our Pork rub
2 slices of bacon, cooked (chopped)
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Places first slice, butter down in a pan.
Layer cheese, bacon, onion and mac & cheese until you can't get any more on there.
Cover with last slice of bread, butter-side up.
Grill over low heat until bread is browned, flip and repeat.
Let sit for a few minutes before slicing, to let it all "gel".
Its easier to work with the mac and cheese when its cold...otherwise it spills out.
Its easiest to assemble right in the pan, else its hard to transport.
