Grilled Broccoli

Ingredients: 

2 heads of broccoli
3 tablespoon EVOO (a few T)
salt and pepper (to taste)
4 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Instructions: 

Slice up broccoli for grilling.
Cover with olive oil.
Add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle cheese liberally.
Grill over indirect med-high until broccoli reaches desired doneness.

Notes: 

Would have been better if broccoli were made of meat...but it was OK all the same. ;-)
