Ginger Broccoli

Ingredients: 

instant noodles (I use "Rooster")
soy sauce
olive oil
ginger, fresh
broccoli, fresh

Instructions: 

Cut broccoli up into little florets.
Heat a big pot of water to boiling.
Add noodles and broccoli.
Boil for 90 seconds, remove and rinse with cold water.
In a bowl, mix noodles and ginger with a tablespoon or two of olive oil and soy sauce.
Heat a wok with a tablespoon of olive oil to hot.
Fry up the broccoli and noodles for a few minutes.
Toss with some fresh chopped ginger, maybe a tablespoon, just before serving.

Notes: 

Frying the noodles with the ginger imparted too strong a ginger taste for me, adding it at the last second gave me to occasional taste of ginger...was very nice!
