2 pork tenderloin, each piece @ ~ 1 lb
3 clove garlic (peeled and quartered)
Your favourite pork rub
Cut slits into the tenderloin, and insert garlic. Rub down the pork with your preferred pork rub (there are a few here on Eatapedia).
Smoke the pork for 90 minutes at 300
Bring the smoker up to 300 and let it run till the pork hits an internal temperature of 165 - 170. Tent, and let sit for 15 - 20 minutes before serving.
