1 feta cheese (dry block, approx 300 grams)
1/2 onion (large)
1 cup basil (fresh or frozen)
5 clove garlic (peeled)
1 cup pine nuts
place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until blended.
Stuff butterflied pork (or chicken)
Wrap meat with bacon, then grill, roast or smoke until thermometer reads done.
Makes enough stuffing for about 1 pound of meat.
