Easy Italian Meatballs

1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder


Mix the wets
Mix the dries
Mix them both up
In your palms, roll out ~36 little meatballs, about 1 Tablespoon each
Dredge in flour and fry
Or add to simmering sauce and let them cook that way...for at least 3 hours.


I did these tonight, but tripled the recipe using 2 pounds ground beef and one pound of fatty ground pork. Delish!
