Chicken satay

1 tablespoon tomato sause
1 tablespoon peanut oil
2 clove garlic
1 pinch black pepper, ground
1 pinch cumin, ground
3 tablespoon soy sauce
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (cut into strips)


In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Then add the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator (I use a Ziplock baggy) for at least 15 minutes, but not overnight.

Skewer the chicken strips and grill until ready. It doesn't take long as they're usually pretty small.
