Carl's Best Jerky Ever

Ingredients: 

4 pound goose meat (4 to 5 lbs)
2 cup teriyaki sauce
3 tablespoon black pepper
3 tablespoon tabasco sauce
2 tablespoon Garlic powder
2 tablespoon red pepper

Instructions: 

Slice meat in quarter inch thick.
Mix everything together and marinate for 24 - 48 hours.
Smoke or dehydrate.

Notes: 

I used a dehydrator for 10 hours and it was perfect. By far the best recipe I have ever made.

Goose is red meat, so this marinade will do just fine for beef.
