2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon ground white pepper (Bulk Barn)
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoon Chili powder
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
Mix everything in a metal bowl.
Stir well with whisk.
Store in a sealed container, in a cool, dark place.
This spice mix recipe has intentionally devoid of salt so that you can flavour your meal with the appropriate amount without over/under flavouring.
